Worried about taking time off of work, tell your employer that you have a right to vote and if they give you trouble, which I am not allowed they are allowed to do, than take your lunch hour off to vote.
Republican, Democrat - Just go vote for your national state and local candidates.
If you do not vote than you might not have the ability to complain when things go wrong!
