Content Content Everywhere there is Too Much Content

"Content is Everything" - the problem is that there just might be too much content.

Recently you can read about how much content Netflix is creating for a measly $9 per month, which is awesome.  But the quantity of (mostly) free content on the internet is staggering.

Just the amount of Tumblr blogs alone is said to be around 400 million as of April 2018.  According to Little Jack Marketing: "Blog Writers post 1,400 new blogs" every minute.   Every Minute!

My question is... who is reading all of this content.

A quick search of a strange topic and then hitting page ten on a google search will reveal bizarre and strange web pages that seem to have been created with the idea that anyone would ever read them.  Words in the same color as the background, endless pop-ups, misspellings (I mean more than a few), and other strange web pages.  What is truly the point to all of this?

I run several websites - but never with the idea of putting lame content on there.

With all of the content being created, my main question is - Will anyone ever really read it?
